I would rank the Vitruvius’ Triad, as Firmitas (stability), Utilitas (convenience), and Venustas (beauty); (most to least important). Without the durability of a building the other two principles would not exist. From an architectural perspective the beauty and the conversation it creates is more important than the use. However, in my opinion if something does not have a function it is many times overlooked, regardless of its beauty. That is why I placed Utilitas over Venustas.
