The most appealing ‘point’ Le Corbusier makes is the free ground plan. It says walls should designate space rather than structure. I grew up in Brazil, where the weather tends to be very nice, which really impacts the way buildings are designed. Most houses I went to had an open concept, where the indoor-outdoor architecture made you feel like you were inside and outside both at the same time. I like houses that incorporate the outside and nature with the interior of the house, and removing the constraints of walls can play a huge role on that ensuring a nice flow of space.
