In my opinion, the most important point made by Vitruvius’ Triad is firmitatis. I believe the most important aspect of a building is that has stability and the occupants are not at risk of the building collapsing on them. The second most important point is utilitatis. A building is only as good as what people are able to do while they are inside of it. The least important, yet still carrying importance, point is venustatis. While beauty is in important aspect of bringing people into a building, it is not as important as the other two points previously mentioned.
