In my opinion, Firmitatis is the most important because it includes the stability of a structure, and it can be dangerous if Firmitatis is not considered. I think Utilitatis is second in importance because a structure with utility can be more efficient and useful to a person. Although I enjoy beautiful structures, I think Venustatis ranks last in importance because it is the most subjective, and a structure can be beautiful to one person but ugly to another.
