I believe that out of the three points made by Vitruvius’ Triad, the most important aspect is firmitatis/strength. A building means nothing without its structure and its foundation so that it can remain standing. The second most important in my opinion is venustatis/beauty. After having a strong building, you want to make sure it is appealing to the eye with beautiful decorations. Thats leaves utilitatis/utility coming in last.
