I would say that firmitatis is the most important because having a good structure allows the building to stand nicely and ensures the safety of people inside it. Utilitatis is the second important to me because utility is the function of the building which provides comfortability and convenience for people who live in it. Vennstatis is the least important because beauty is not necessary, and it is just a personal preference of how they want the building’s appearance to be. However, beauty and utility cannot be achieved without stability.
