I believe that the most important point of the Vitruvius Triad is utilities or utility. Without utilization, a building becomes the purposlessand can even be a detriment to its surroundings. Next, I would rank firmitas or structural integrity. Strength to a building allows it to maintain its purpose and/or beauty for longer periods of time. Some buildings like churches and government buildings are typically never phased out like other objects of design, like cars, strength becomes an important element to their existence. Lastly, I would rank venustas or beauty. While beauty is a major factor in the decision to maintain the structure or utilization of a building, buildings can make do with using their structure or utilization alone to keep themselves around.
