The first reason this image represents the architecture of the Renaissance is because it displays symmetry. There is a clear middle with similar proportions on either side. This painting also shows an emphasis on math and science, which was a key factor of the Renaissance period as a whole. This was shown with the use of linear perspective and proportion in architecture, but also related to every aspect of society at this time. The last reason I believe this painting embodies the renaissance is because it shows renewed interest in the Classic Roman antiquity. Many of the figures displayed in this work are Gods or thinkers that were prominently praised during antiquity.
