I agree with many of Disascolo’s beliefs. First, architecture is multifaceted, and the complexity, as opposed to the basic infrastructure, is what makes a building a building. With this in mind, one can argue that every building or infrastructure is matchless and has its own “personality.” Of course, sometimes less is more, but I still believe the ornamentation is what makes something striking. Disascolo encourages modernization while using new technology, which is really special.
