Henri Labrouste is one of the most important architects in France. In my opinion, Labrouste’s Bibliothèque Nationale uses few classical columns, capitals and domes. The use of iron inside the architecture, within the windows and the columns made the architecture a industrial feeling. it is a significant element of Henri. Also the iron can support the huge window which offers adequate light, and the structure combines the modernized architecture with the classical feeling of Paris, and eventually formed the city as a collage city.
