Le Corbusier’s Free Facade point appeals most to me. I like the fact that there is so much more creative freedom in use of materials and design of the facade when it is not load-bearing. While Modern design is not a personal favorite of mine, the horizontal lightness that this allows is something I value having in living spaces so I have a strong appreciation of the Free Facade. This is achieved with the free plan, so I think Le Corbusier was also very genius in that element as well.
