One of Le Corbusier’s “Points” That appeal most to me his point of a Roof Garden. The introduction of nature into a city is inviting as it combines a blend of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Not only does this blend of spaces make for an enjoyable dynamic but the positioning of a rooftop garden adds a visual element due to the elevation of a roof compared to a garden simply on the ground floor. A usable roof space also adds square footage to a building providing more space to use and allows a smaller building to feel larger.
