Le Corbusier’s Free Ground Plan is definitely the most intriguing to me. Across Le Corbusier’s works, the concept of freedom from structural capacities/restrictions was important, being exemplified the most in the ground plan. The ability to envision spaces that were designed solely for human experience and not for building needs is very interesting. Le Corbusier’s focus on making buildings that were tailored to the user(people, customer, etc.) was revolutionary and continues to be relevant in both architecture and urban planning.
