The point that most appeals to me of Le Corbusiers 5 points is point 5 stating that a roof can serve a dual purpose of also being a garden. This point is unique in that it provides a totally new purpose for a roof that was not commonly seen prior to Le Corbusier. Also, the concept of directly integrating greenery into a building is more popular today but the origins of such an idea can be found in Le Corbusiers 5 points.
